Trail Description River bed to beach,some flooded areas certain times of the year.Plan summer rides. Beach ride is great!

Times to Avoid Winter flooding
Campground Day use only. Corrals, tables, porta potty. Trail Heads: 1) Best ride off of Holister RD. This ride goes through a pleasant river trail to the beach. (hour + to beach) 2)OR Continue south on Holister follow signs to Park entrance. Ride to beach. Gate closed Monday- Friday.

Directions Take south interstate 5 or 805 to Oro Vista Rd and Tocoyo Ave west Turn left on Holister go 3/4 mile to bridge, cross bridge and turn right, follow road to end, trailer parking is great.

 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes)

 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
